1. Who We Are

Replace University is an online membership community that teaches people how to build AI-powered automations using tools like Claude Code. We offer video courses, live workshops, automation templates, and a private community.

2. Your Account

2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Replace University. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2.2. Security
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or login credentials with others.

2.3. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. Membership & Access

3.1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Replace University platform and its content for your personal use.

3.2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Share your account, login credentials, or course materials with others

• Copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any content, templates, or automation code provided through the platform

• Use Replace University content to create competing products or services

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

4. Payments & Billing

4.1. Pricing
Replace University Community membership is $297 for your first 3 months, then $99/month. We may update pricing at any time, but existing subscribers will be notified before any changes to their rate.

4.2. Billing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled. You can manage your billing, update payment methods, and view invoices through the billing portal accessible from your account page.

4.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4.4. Refunds
We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact support@replaceuniversity.com for assistance.

5. Content Ownership

All course materials, automation templates, branding, and platform content belong to Replace University or its creators. You may not reuse, publish, or distribute any materials without written permission.

Automations you build using our templates and instruction are yours to use freely.

6. Community Conduct

You agree to participate in the Replace University community respectfully. You will not post or share any harmful, offensive, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.

7. Disclaimers

Replace University is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using our platform, courses, or automations. While we aim to provide a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The automations and tools taught through Replace University interact with third-party services (Claude, Stripe, etc.) that are subject to their own terms and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Replace University is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or damages resulting from automations you build.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or on the website. Continued use of Replace University after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
